Description

This 12V DC Water Pump is self-priming and includes an automatic pressure switch. It is commonly used in South Africa for small off-grid applications (water supply, drip irrigation, camping, boating) and portable solutions (portable gas geysers). When installed correctly, this pump provides years of quiet operation.

• Suitable for various low-pressure applications: portable gas geysers in campers, drip irrigation systems with low-pressure sprinklers or emitters & more
• Sealed switches & electro-coating to prevent corrosion

How to use:
– To start and prime the pump, the discharge line must be open to prevent airlock
– The pressure switch will automatically shut off the pump when the discharge valve is closed and the pressure has risen to 2.4bar
– The pressure switch will restart the pump when the valve is open and the discharge line pressure drops
– Works well with 12V battery, solar panel connected through a 12V solar charge controller
– When using 10mm pipe, it is recommended to secure the connection with small clamps or cable ties
